How do I place an order?
Simply find the product you wish to purchase, click "add to cart" and the website will guide you through the rest.
When will you ship my order?
All orders are sent out the SAME or NEXT business day. All customers will receive a tracking number to trace the status of their item every step of the way.
I have not received my order yet. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately so we can find the status of your order and process a reshipment if necessary.

What is your return policy?
We offer a conditional 7-day return policy. Any items that you wish to return must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the condition the product was sent to you in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit Card at the moment. We can accept Money Order & Personal Checks by request. Please email Sales beforehand if you wish to pay by MO or Check.
What if you do not have a product I want?
Please contact us and we will do our best to get you your desired product.
What is your turnaround time on emails?
We generally offer a 12-hour turnaround time in regards to emails. Many companies take 48-72 hours!
Do you have a newsletter that informs us of upcoming sales or products?
Yes, we offer a newsletter that you can subscribe to, which will inform you of sales, coupons and new products!
I am trying to order an item, but it says it is "out of stock". What do I do?
We will replenish our stock on that item as soon as possible.
